G&P Talent Show!
Save the Dates.....September 20 - 27, 2009
The Talent Show, announced in last weeks Tucket, will be the kick-off for the 40th Anniversary Celebration of Grace & Peace Fellowship. Plans are in the work for this weeklong celebration of Our Fathers love & tenderness to us. We will start with laughs & then let the stories, praise and more laughs continue all week. Contact your friends, past members who are in or out of town and invite them to share our joy, by returning for this week. RUMMAGE SALE! AUG. 14-15
For those of you who didn't recently get a letter/flyer
about the Shelter Rummage Sale August 14-15,
2009, two things: Please bring donations and plan to
shop with us, and please consider adding/correcting
your name for the Directory. I tried to send the letter
to everyone whose correct address I have, so if I
missed you, perhaps I didn't have your correct
address!
This year's Grace & Peace Rummage Sale is Friday
evening and Saturday, August 14 and 15. We will
begin collecting really good stuff to sell (no junk
please!) on the Tuesday after the 4th of July, from
12:30-4:30 daily and by appointment. We will take
donations through Friday, August1. Please contact
Deb Eisenbraun for donation appointments or

June 14- PICNIC!
Please make plans to come to the first church picnic
of the season. Marte Harrell and Ruth Beckloff are
hosting a backyard picnic on Sunday, June 14,
immediately after worship. They live in Skinker
DeBaliviere at 5906 McPherson Ave. Bring a hearty
salad or cookies - enough for 12 to 15. Bread,
butter, and beverage will be provided. The Oldham
and Morton's prayer groups will serve.
Directions: Drive west on Delmar.
Turn left on DeBaliviere
Turn right onto Forest Park Pkwy.
Turn right onto Kingsbury Ave.
Turn slight right onto Nina Pl
Nina Pl becomes McPherson Ave.
End at 5906 McPherson Ave.
Take your salad or cookies directly to the backyard.

Summer Fellowship Meals
Some in the fellowship are anticipating the summer picnic schedule.
Instead of meeting in the Fellowship Hall on Sundays, we will be asking members with yards to volunteer to host backyard picnics. Here are the dates and prayer group hosts.
Sunday, June 14 - Luke Morton's and John and Sarah Oldham's prayer group will host
Sunday, June 28 - Peter Mayner's and Ted Smith's prayer group will host
Wednesday, July 15 - Marte Harrell's and Tim Haven's prayer group will host at 6:30 in the Fellowship Hall
Sunday, July 26 - Brad Binnington and Bob Lowes' prayer group will host
August: No fellowship meals scheduled
We have a large group meal and prayer meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 15. The session is also scheduling an officer election, so we will want to remain flexible. There are no fellowship meals scheduled for August. If you would like to host a fellowship meal in your backyard in June or July, please contact Deb
