New Members Class 10/24

New Members Class set to begin on October 24th

Are you wondering if God might be leading you to Grace & Peace as the Christian community in which you are to follow Jesus? We hope to explore some of what it would look like for a person to follow Jesus in this community, along with a variety of other matters related to our life together in five classes that will begin, Lord willing, on Sunday, October 24th. We plan to meet from 6:30-8:30 PM on five consecutive Sundays, Oct. 24, 31, Nov. 7, 14, and 21. Attending this class does not commit you to membership. So even if you are just curious about what is involved I would urge you to set these dates aside. We hope to address questions like, What is at the heart of being a Christian? “Does joining Grace & Peace make me a Presbyterian? We intend to also cover something of our history as a community of Jesus' followers.

Please sign up in the Narthex at the Delmar entrance (see the table in the Narthex) or back by the top of the Clara steps (see the bulletin board). An added bonus is that this will likely be a great way to get to know other new people who our risen Lord may be adding to us! --Aaron Turner
