Aaron Turner

Pastoral Assistant, Youth Leader

Aaron Turner Jr. was born on January 16th, 1983 in Baltimore, Md to Aaron and Catherine Turner.  Aaron grew up in a family that valued education and enjoyed sports.  Aaron played organized baseball from the age of 5 all the way through his senior year of high school.  It was likely around the age of 14 years old when Aaron embraced Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior.  For high school Aaron attended Baltimore City College.  He graduated in the class of 2001.  In 2005, Aaron graduated from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA with a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries.  In 2009, Aaron graduated with his MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Aaron's responsibilities at Grace and Peace includes among other things co-leading the youth ministry, leading a mid-week Bible Study, spending time commending the gospel to non-Christians, and engaging in pastoral care.    Aaron's desire for himself is faithfully serve God all the days of his life and to serve others even as the Lord Jesus served Him by dying on his behalf.

In 2006 Aaron married Joy Christina Morton, his good friend from college.  They enjoy one another's company and companionship very much.  Aaron is thankful to God for his wife Joy, and the opportunity he has to serve the people of God here at Grace and Peace Fellowship.
